Privacy Policy

LuckyNumberz is developed and operated by Emre Yılmaz, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the LuckyNumberz mobile app and its backend service do with data, in plain language. The English text is the binding version.

The short version

You can use LuckyNumberz without an account. If you choose to sign in (with your e-mail address, Apple or Google), we store your e-mail address, an optional name, and the numbers, saved lines and settings you keep in the app so they follow you to other devices.

Marketing e-mails are sent only if you tick the box for them, and you can untick it in the app at any time.

Without an account, the only data we store is what is needed to send you draw notifications, and only if you turn notifications on.

The app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google may process device identifiers for that purpose under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell data, we do not run analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not build profiles of you.

What we collect, and why

Account (optional). When you sign in we create an account holding your e-mail address (for Apple sign-in this may be a private relay address), an optional display name, the sign-in provider identifiers Apple or Google give us, the date you created the account and the time of your last sign-in. With it we keep one synced document per account: your region and language choice, default game, notification preference, the personal details you entered for Personal and Zodiac numbers (name, birth date, lucky number) and your saved lines. Signing in by e-mail sends you a 6-digit code; codes are stored only as one-way hashes for 10 minutes. We never store passwords. Session tokens are stored hashed on our side and in the secure storage of your device.

Marketing e-mails (optional). If you tick "product news and offers by e-mail" we record that consent with its date and may send you occasional e-mails about LuckyNumberz. You can withdraw the consent from the Profile tab at any time; we stop immediately.

Draw notifications (optional). If you enable notifications, the app registers a push token with our service, together with the games you chose, your app language and your region code. This is what lets us send you a message when a new draw result arrives. The push token is a random identifier issued by your platform; it does not identify you personally. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app, after which we stop sending them.

Region. The app reads your device locale on the device to decide which lottery games to show first (for example, Powerball in the United States). The two-letter country code is sent to our service so it can return the right games. It is not stored beyond the notification record described above.

Technical data. Like every internet service, our servers receive your IP address and basic request details when the app fetches results. We do not store IP addresses ourselves; our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep them briefly in infrastructure logs for security and reliability, as described in its own policy.

What we do not collect: phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, payment information or identity documents. Guests are never asked for a name or e-mail address.

Advertising

LuckyNumberz is free and supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your advertising ID, IP address, device type and similar information under the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can withdraw that consent from the app settings.

The website luckynumberz.com also carries advertisements, delivered through Google AdSense. To show and measure them Google and its partners may set cookies in your browser and process your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view on this site, under the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked to consent before any of this happens, and may decline; you can change that choice at any time from the consent link on the site. Declining does not limit anything on the site — every result, archive page and statistic stays available.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts our backend service and database (results, statistics, notification records).

Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) — relays push notifications to your device. Expo receives the push token and the message text, nothing else.

Google LLC — serves advertisements through AdMob, as described above, and verifies "Sign in with Google" identity tokens if you use that option.

Apple Inc. — verifies "Sign in with Apple" identity tokens if you use that option.

Resend, Inc. — delivers our sign-in code e-mails and, only with your consent, marketing e-mails. Resend receives your e-mail address and the message content.

These providers process data on our behalf or under their own policies; we do not share data with anyone else, and we never sell it.

How long we keep data

The notification record (push token, chosen games, language, region) is deleted the moment you turn notifications off in the app — no grace period, no archive. If you uninstall the app without turning them off first, the record is deleted automatically as soon as the notification service reports your device as gone, usually within a few days. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Tap "Delete account" in the Profile tab and the account, its sessions, its synced document and any pending sign-in codes are deleted immediately and permanently; nothing is archived. Expired sign-in codes are purged automatically within an hour. Signing out removes the session but keeps the account.

Draw results and statistics are public information about lottery draws and contain no data about you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe, the CCPA in California, or the KVKK in Türkiye) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of data about you, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

If you have an account, you can see and change its data in the Profile tab and delete everything with "Delete account". For a copy of your data or any other request, e-mail us at luckyn0mberz@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. Without an account, the only record we could locate is the notification record for your device; disable notifications in the app or e-mail us from that device. We answer within 30 days.

Age

LuckyNumberz is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will delete any related record.

About lottery information

Draw results are fetched from official or operator-published sources and are shown for information. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any lottery operator. Generated numbers are for entertainment and do not improve your odds. The app does not sell lottery tickets.

Changes to this policy

If we change what the app does with data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be announced inside the app.
